      A tablet was included with my course, when will I receive it?

      • Some enrolment offers may include a complimentary tablet.
      • Eligibility: Only available if it is explicitly listed in your enrolment confirmation or offer.
      • Dispatch Timing:
        • For students on instalment plans: tablets are sent after 2–3 successful payments.
        • For upfront payments: tablets are dispatched within 10 business days of enrolment confirmation.
      • Tracking: You will receive tracking details by email once the tablet has been shipped.
      • Need to Check? Review your TCA order confirmation or email studentservices@thecareeracademy.com.

      Important Update: TCA is phasing out tablet promotions. If your enrolment confirmation does not mention a tablet, you will not be eligible.
