Can I request an invoice before purchasing a course?
Yes. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or require a tax invoice before enrolling, our team can issue a pro-forma invoice for you.
How to request one
Email support@ulleo.com with the following details:
- Your full name (and company name, if applicable)
- Billing address
- Email and phone number for the invoice
- Course name (and product ID if you have it)
- Any purchase order (PO) or internal reference required
What you’ll receive
- A pro-forma invoice that includes course details, total cost (in AUD), and GST where applicable
- Ulleo’s business details, including ABN
- A secure payment link or bank transfer details

Card payment: Pay securely using the link provided on your invoice.

Bank transfer: If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please use the details listed on your invoice and include the invoice number as your payment reference.
