Can I request an invoice before purchasing a course?

Yes. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or require a tax invoice before enrolling, our team can issue a pro-forma invoice for you.

How to request one
Email support@ulleo.com with the following details:

  • Your full name (and company name, if applicable)
  • Billing address
  • Email and phone number for the invoice
  • Course name (and product ID if you have it)
  • Any purchase order (PO) or internal reference required

What you’ll receive
  • A pro-forma invoice that includes course details, total cost (in AUD), and GST where applicable
  • Ulleo’s business details, including ABN
  • A secure payment link or bank transfer details

Payment options

  • Card payment: Pay securely using the link provided on your invoice.

  • Bank transfer: If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please use the details listed on your invoice and include the invoice number as your payment reference.

    • Note: Enrolment will be activated once the funds have cleared in our account (typically within 1–2 business days).

Tax receipts

  • A tax receipt will be issued automatically once payment is received (if required)

International payments

  • All invoices are issued in AUD.

  • GST applies to Australian residents only.

Typical turnaround
