How do I pay overdue fees or update my payment plan?

All payment-related queries are managed by The Career Academy (TCA).

  • Catch-Up Payment Online: paynow.debitsuccess.com (Customer ID in your DebitSuccess email)
  • Call Debitsuccess: 1800 148 848 (AU)
  • Email: collections@thecareeracademy.com
  • Ireland students: tcapayments@careeracademy.ie
  • Invoice copies: accounts@thecareeracademy.com

Once your payments are up to date, TCA will reactivate your enrolment, and your Ulleo course access will be automatically restored.

Please note: it can take up to 3 business days for payments to appear in DebitSuccess. After the payment is visible, TCA will normally reactivate your access within 1 business day.
