Why are some of my lessons locked?
When you enrol in a course, as a TCA student you'll have immediate access to the first half of your lessons. The remaining lessons unlock once you've met two simple criteria.
How do I unlock the rest of my lessons?
Two things need to happen before your remaining lessons become available:
- Your cooling-off period has passed - all TCA enrolments include a 10 day cooling-off period during which you can change your mind. Once this period ends, you're set to continue.
- A successful payment has been made - at least one payment towards your course needs to have been successfully processed.
I've met both criteria - how do I get my lessons unlocked?
Just get in touch with us and we'll take care of it. Here's what happens:
- You contact us via email support@ulleo.com to request access to your remaining lessons.
- We verify with your payment provider that a payment has been successfully processed.
- Once confirmed, we unlock your remaining lessons and let you know you're good to go.
Common questions
I've just enrolled - why can't I see all my lessons?
This is completely normal. All TCA students start with access to the first 50% of their course. The second half unlocks once your cooling-off period has ended and a successful payment has been made.
I've made a payment but I'm still in my cooling-off period. Can my lessons be unlocked early?
Unfortunately, lessons cannot be unlocked until your cooling-off period has passed, even if payment has been made. This protects your right to withdraw from the course during that period. Once your cooling-off period ends, just get in touch and we'll get you sorted.
How long is the cooling-off period?
Your cooling-off period is confirmed in your enrolment documentation. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll let you know your specific end date.
My cooling-off period has passed and I've made a payment, but I haven't contacted you yet. Will my lessons unlock automatically?
Not automatically - you'll need to reach out to us to request the unlock. We'll verify your payment and get your lessons opened up as quickly as possible.
