How it works TCA will mark your current course as “cancelled” in their system. They will then process your new enrolment. Once complete, your Ulleo access will automatically update to reflect the new course. How to request a change Email studentservices@thecareeracademy.com and include:Your full name Your current course The course you’d like to switch into Important to know TCA will advise if any fees, payment plan changes, or eligibility rules apply before processing your request. The switch may take up to 3 business days to be fully reflected in your Ulleo account. Ulleo cannot process course changes directly — all requests must go via TCA.
