Refund Policy – How do I cancel my Ulleo course?

To cancel your Ulleo course, you need to submit a cancellation request form by going to https://my.ulleo.com/cancel/

Cooling-Off Period: When you enrol in a course through Ulleo, you are entitled to a Cooling-Off Period. If you cancel within 10 business days, you will receive a refund of the course fees paid, minus a non-refundable deposit of $100 to cover Ulleo’s administrative costs, as well as the establishment fee for payment plans.
