• Cooling-off period: 10 business days from enrolment date.
• Within this period, you may request to cancel your enrolment
• After this period, refunds are not normally available.

Online Courses Australia (OCA)

• Cooling-off period: 7 business days.
• You must notify OCA in writing within this timeframe to cancel and request a refund.
