What kind of mentor support do I get?

Ulleo provides two types of support: Mentor Support and the Community Support Team.

  • Mentor Support
    • Unlimited Q&A: Ask as many questions as you like via email or directly through the LMS.
    • Response time: Mentors reply within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–4:30pm AEST).
    • 1:1 Mentor Sessions: Book a private call with your mentor to discuss progress, assignments, or career advice.
    • Live Course Events: Join live Q&As, masterclasses, or workshops with mentors and guest experts. Recordings are available if you can’t attend live.

  • Community Support Team
    • Available to assist with technical issues, enrolment queries, or general course support.

  • Important:
    • Mentor Support = academic and industry-related questions.
    • Community Support = technical, account, or admin queries.
    • Both types of support are unlimited, but not 24/7.
