When will I receive my beauty course kit?

(For students in courses like Lash & Brow, Nail Technology, Skin Health & Facials, Advanced Makeup Artistry)

Beauty kits are managed and dispatched by The Career Academy (TCA) and are usually sent once key payment milestones are met.

Eligibility:

  • Upfront Payment → Kits are dispatched within 7–10 business days of enrolment.
  • Payment Plan → Kits are usually sent after 4 successful installments have been made.
  • Overdue payments → Kits will not be shipped until your payment is up to date with TCA.

When will I need my kit?
Kits are designed to support the practical lessons in your course. You’ll usually begin hands-on activities after the first few modules, so you won’t be disadvantaged if your kit arrives after you’ve started studying.

Shipping & Tracking:

  • Kits are shipped via standard courier (allow 5–10 business days; longer for rural areas).
  • Tracking is typically emailed by TCA or the courier.
    If you haven’t received tracking within 2 weeks of eligibility, contact studentservices@thecareeracademy.com.
