How do I change/correct my profile information?
To update your profile, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Ulleo: https://my.ulleo.com/signin/
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Hover over the human icon to view your profile.
- Update your name or nickname
- Upload a profile picture
- Add or change your cover photo
Don’t forget to click “Save Changes” once you’ve updated your information!
5. If you’d like to change the email address associated with your account, please reach out to support@ulleo.com to request this change.

If you’d like to switch from your current course to another:
How it works
- TCA will mark your current course as “cancelled” in their system.
- They will then process your new enrolment.
- Once complete, your Ulleo access will automatically update to reflect the new course.
How to request a change
Email studentservices@thecareeracademy.com and include:Your full name

The course you’d like to switch into
Important to know
- TCA will advise if any fees, payment plan changes, or eligibility rules apply before processing your request.
- The switch may take up to 3 business days to be fully reflected in your Ulleo account.
- Ulleo cannot process course changes directly — all requests must go via TCA.
