How do I change my course or correct an enrolment error?

If you’d like to switch from your current course to another:

How it works

  • TCA will mark your current course as “cancelled” in their system.
  • They will then process your new enrolment.
  • Once complete, your Ulleo access will automatically update to reflect the new course.

How to request a change

Email studentservices@thecareeracademy.com and include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your current course
  3. The course you’d like to switch into

Important to know

  • TCA will advise if any fees, payment plan changes, or eligibility rules apply before processing your request.
  • The switch may take up to 3 business days to be fully reflected in your Ulleo account.
  • Ulleo cannot process course changes directly — all requests must go via TCA.
