How do I defer or pause my Ulleo course?

If you need a break and would like to pause your studies, please email support@ulleo.com. We may be able to assist with a temporary pause on payments in times of financial hardship, or provide you with a course extension depending on your circumstances.

The Career Academy (TCA)

If you need a break, you may request to pause your studies for up to 3 months by emailing: studentservices@thecareeracademy.com.

• This pause can only be applied once during your enrolment.
  
  
• While your course is on hold, you will not have access to course materials, mentor support, or live events.
  
  
• After the 3-month hold, your access will automatically resume.
  
  
• If you require additional time beyond the pause, you may need to purchase an extension.
