I’ve just enrolled, how do I access my Ulleo course?

Your onboarding experience will depend on how you enrolled into your Ulleo course. 

Ulleo (direct)

If you enrolled through Ulleo (direct), once you have enrolled in your chosen Ulleo course, you can access the learning portal by clicking on the “Start Learning” button contained in your confirmation email. 


You can also begin the course by logging in via our website sign-in page.

Once you’ve enrolled and made your first payment, you’ll receive several emails:

  1. Order Confirmation – a receipt confirming your enrolment.
  2. Enrolment Confirmation (Ulleo) – a welcome email with your Ulleo login details (plus a welcome SMS if you’re in Australia).
  3. Onboarding Emails – Ulleo will send you their first onboarding/welcome emails with tips to get started.

Your Ulleo course is hosted on: https://my.ulleo.com.

Haven’t received your login?

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Contact support@ulleo.com to confirm payment and enrolment.

Online Courses Australia (OCA)

If you enrolled through Online Courses Australia (OCA), once you have enrolled in your chosen Ulleo course, you can access the learning portal by clicking on the “Start Learning” button contained in your confirmation email. 

You can also begin the course by logging in via our website sign-in page.

Once you’ve enrolled and made your first payment, you’ll receive several emails:

  1. Order Confirmation (OCA)  – a receipt confirming your enrolment.
  2. Login Details (OCA) – your new OCA account and login information.
  3. Enrolment Confirmation (Ulleo) – a welcome email with your Ulleo login details (plus a welcome SMS if you’re in Australia).
  4. Onboarding Emails – both Ulleo will send you their first onboarding/welcome emails with tips to get started.

  • If payment is confirmed but you still can’t log in, email support@ulleo.com.

The Career Academy (TCA)

If you enrolled through The Career Academy (TCA), once you have enrolled in your chosen Ulleo course, you can access the learning portal by clicking on the “Start Learning” button contained in your confirmation email. 

You can also begin the course by logging in via our website sign-in page.

Once you’ve enrolled and made your first payment, you’ll receive several emails:

  1. Order Confirmation (TCA) – a receipt confirming your enrolment.
  2. Login Details (TCA) – your new TCA account and login information.
  3. Enrolment Confirmation (Ulleo) – a welcome email with your Ulleo login details (plus a welcome SMS if you’re in Australia).
  4. Onboarding Emails – both Ulleo and TCA will send you their first onboarding/welcome emails with tips to get started.

Why two platforms and emails?

  • Some TCA communications may reference the TCA Learning Platform — these apply only if you’re in a Business Pathway.
  • For Ulleo-delivered courses, always log in via the Ulleo Learning Platform.
