I’ve logged in but my course is suspended – how do I regain access?
If your course is showing as suspended, it usually means that a payment on your payment plan has been missed. To regain access, you’ll need to make a payment.
You can do this in one of the following ways:

Online: Visit paynow.debitsuccess.com to make a payment directly.

By phone: Call Debit Success on 1800 148 848.

By email: Contact our team at collections@ulleo.com if you need help or have any questions about your payments.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your course access will be reinstated automatically.
