When will I receive my kit from Ulleo?

Kit Shipping Information for Ulleo Students

Students who enrolled directly with Ulleo and either received a Starter Kit as part of their enrolment or purchased a kit at the time of enrolment will have their kits shipped after completing the 10-business day cooling-off period.

You can check the status of your kit by contacting the Community Support Team at support@ulleo.com. If you’re unsure whether you enrolled with Ulleo or TCA, please contact support@ulleo.com for clarification.

If you did not purchase a kit at the time of enrolment, you can purchase one via the Barneys Salon Supplies website.
