When will I receive my kit?

Ulleo (I enrolled with Ulleo)
  • Students who enrolled with Ulleo directly who have been sent a Starter Kit as part of your enrolment or who purchased a kit at time of enrolment, kits will be shipped after you pass the 10-business day cooling off period. 
  • If you did not purchase a kit at time of enrolment, you may do so by

TCA kits (I enrolled with TCA)

  • Students who enrolled with TCA need to make a minimum amount of payments before TCA will ship the kit to you
  • You can check the status of your kit with the TCA Student Services team at studentservices@thecareeracademy.com

Barneys Salon Supplied Orders 

  • If you ordered a kit, products or equipment from Barneys Salon Supplies, you can check the status of your kit with them directly on (03) 8520 9541 or by emailing customercare@barneyssalonsupplies.com.au
