I enrolled in my Ulleo course via The Career Academy (TCA) - why can’t I access my course anymore?

Access may be blocked if:

  • Your payment with Ulleo is overdue
  • Your enrolment has been marked as suspended by Ulleo for another reason
  • Your course has expired

What to do:

  • Contact collections@ulleo.com to resolve payment issues
  • Once payment is received, Ulleo will reactivate your access (usually within 1 business day)
