Why can’t I access my course anymore?
Access may be blocked if:
- Your payment with The Career Academy is overdue
- Your enrolment has been marked as suspended by TCA for another reason
- Your course has expired
What to do:
- Contact collections@thecareeracademy.com to resolve payment issues
- Once payment is received, TCA will reactivate your access (usually within 1 business day)
