Why can’t I access my course anymore?

Access may be blocked if:

  • Your payment with The Career Academy is overdue
  • Your enrolment has been marked as suspended by TCA for another reason
  • Your course has expired

What to do:

  • Contact collections@thecareeracademy.com to resolve payment issues
  • Once payment is received, TCA will reactivate your access (usually within 1 business day)
